This Privacy Policy describes how Paladiya's Services LLP ('we', 'us', or 'our'), operating the WRKO platform, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, book a service, register as a worker, or contact us. This includes your name, phone number, email address, location, and payment information. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform, including device information, IP address, and usage data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send promotional communications (with your consent); respond to your comments and questions; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with service workers to facilitate bookings, with payment processors to complete transactions, with service providers who assist in our operations, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Workers receive only the information necessary to complete your service request.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights

Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. Data Retention and Account Deletion
WRKO allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time through the account deletion option in the WRKO application or through our account deletion webpage.
When your account deletion is completed, we will delete personal information associated with your account, including, where applicable:
WRKO may retain certain transaction, payment, financial, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records that cannot be deleted due to legitimate business, legal, regulatory, or security requirements. When such records are retained, the personal information associated with the deleted account is removed. The retained record may continue to contain information necessary to document the transaction, such as a transaction or service request identifier, date, amount, payment status, service information, or other non-personal information required for record keeping.
Retained transaction records are not used to maintain the deleted user account or to provide services to the deleted account. Once the applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, security, or other legitimate retention requirement ends, the retained information will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
Deleting an account is permanent. If a user subsequently creates a new WRKO account using the same mobile number or email address, the new registration will be treated as a new account and will not restore the previously deleted account or its personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WRKO platform operated by Paladiya's Services LLP. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WRKO platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Platform Use
WRKO provides a marketplace platform connecting customers with service workers. We do not directly employ workers listed on our platform. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Bookings and Payments
When you book a service through WRKO, you agree to pay the quoted price for the service. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. WRKO charges a platform fee for facilitating the connection between customers and workers.
Worker Registration
Workers registering on WRKO must provide accurate information, maintain valid certifications where required, and comply with all applicable laws. WRKO reserves the right to verify worker credentials and remove workers who violate our standards or these Terms. Workers are independent contractors, not employees of Paladiya's Services LLP.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paladiya's Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the WRKO platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
